My understanding of professional communication had a very different outlook. All the while my professional communication was very unprofessional, it is amazing how we need to have structure with simply relaying information. I was always under the impression delivery was based on a persons personality and this is what determined how you address the situation. I was so wrong! In this class I have learned there are many different ways to communicate and more ways to get your message across. A email and text is mostly how I communicate and one thing I have learned over the years is communication through messages can be read in a million different ways. By the end of this course my communication skills will be 100 percent, I can see me now telling someone else how to deliver any feedback or information they are wanting to display. I want to learn better communication in regards to what I am learning not only does it help in writing but in a verbal conversation as well.
