Unit 3.1 Discussion Forum (Art History) (Reformation)

Tintoretto’s Last Supper, when compared to Da Vinci’s Last Supper, has a very different feel to it. Let’s compare and contrast the two paintings, and explore how each painting represents the qualities of the art periods in which they come.  We will put our art critiquing skills to work!  Discuss how these artists used composition, color, light, realism, and imagination to create two very different interpretations of the same subject matter.
